As such there is a need to aware the general public and to promote safe-sex practices. The township of Balesore and the industrial township of Remuna area are more prone to spread of this health - hazard owing to the massive human activities and migration in these regions.

Seeking of extra material sex promotes multi-partner sex which is quite conducive in contacting STD, HIV/ AIDS etc.As a practicable solution right approach to life & its objectives need to be there with all individuals; and in the premise of sexual life it involves the sexually active groups more.Given the strategic locations where we work, especially in and around Remuna Industrial area, the commercial & transport driver & helpers (that are also well connected with NH 60 with huge mobility & migration, sexual health education with focus on STI/STD, HIV/ AIDS naturally becomes a priority.

Though specific targeted intervention projects are there in operation at many places, the need for repetitive action at message delivery is a need and KAP thing of both new & old generations are to be influenced, these programs are quite relevant and effective.
